Helen is a school leadership professional and scholar-practitioner in the field of educational leadership and policy. With two decades of experience working in Nigeria, she is deeply committed to advancing education in Africa. An active member of the IBEN, Helen particularly enjoys collaborating with schools and educators across the continent. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education (EdD) at the University of Toronto, focusing on teacher professional autonomy in international schools in Nigeria.
