Prior to joining SOS-HGIC in 2020, Adzo worked as the IB Regional Development Manager for Africa and invited the current steering members to coordinate and lead the development of  IBSWA. She is passionate about collaborations and exchanges between schools as she believes this fosters best practices and the development of IB schools on the continent. In her current role at SOS-HGIC she has oversight of departments such as Guidance and Counselling, School Counselling, Safeguarding and Disciplinary matters,  School Exchanges and Communications and Alumni Relations. She thrives on creating communities where people can learn from each other.  She is very excited to see IBSWA taking shape  and  supporting the development of IB schools in West Africa.

Adzo has a Masters in Education Policy from the University of Massachusetts and is working on her Certificate in School Management and Leadership at Harvard University.
