The West Africa Association of IB World Schools (WAAIBWS) is a collaborative network of authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools across the West African region. Established to foster connection, growth, and shared excellence, WAAIBWS exists to support schools in delivering high-quality IB programmes and to advance the mission of the IB within our unique regional context.

By bringing together IB educators, leaders, and institutions, we aim to create a strong, vibrant network that promotes professional development, curriculum collaboration, advocacy, and innovation. Our vision is to empower member schools to enrich learning, nurture global citizens, and address the evolving educational needs of our region and the world.
