Siwar Ben Romdhane

Siwar Ben Romdhane is an experienced IB educator, school leader, and passionate advocate for international education. Originally from Tunisia, she has over a decade of experience teaching language acquisition in the PYP and MYP programmes in Qatar, Tunisia and Egypt.

She served as a PYP coordinator for four years in a continuum IB school in Tunisia, where she supported curriculum development and teacher training initiatives. Siwar is also an active member of the IBEN, contributing as a workshop leader, online facilitator, programme leader, Consultant, school visit team leader, and school visit team member.

Currently, she is the head of campus at Enko Dakar International School in Senegal, where she leads a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality IB education to learners from diverse backgrounds.

Her work focuses on building collaborative learning communities, developing teacher competencies, and promoting equitable and inclusive learning environments.
